Thank you for taking the time to find out more about Church on Boll Weevil Circle. A Southern Baptist Church, we were established in Enterprise, Alabama in 2006. We hope that after you look through our website that you will attend a worship service and consider becoming a member of our family.
Church on Boll Weevil Circle is a mission church with a heart for ministering to everyone whether you know Christ or not, whether you have had great church experiences or poor ones, whether you are fighting a battle with sin presently or have a desire to minister to those in need, we want you to come just as you are and see what the Lord has to offer you within our church family.
Our Sunday services begin with light breakfast at 9:00 a.m. Dress according to your preference- t-shirts are OK and ties are OK. Sunday morning worship begins at 9:30 a.m. as the Word of God is presented by our Pastor. Sunday School follows the worship service in a continued relaxed atmosphere guided by teachers with a love for God and His people.
We begin our Sunday night service at 5:00 p.m. This service is a serious Bible Study lead by our Pastor with much discussion and participation by all.
Wednesday night services at 6:00 p.m. begin with a fellowship meal which leads into serious Bible study guided by Dr. John Granger.
Our church is located between Enterprise High School and the Alabama Career Center on the Boll Weevil Circle.
If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to use one of the spots closest to the door. We like to keep them free for visitors and people who need assistance. We also have ramps for those who may need them.
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church,
for we truly believe people should come to God as they are. You don't need to dress up to get his approval--that comes through Jesus' sacrifice. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress. While a few people in the church wear ties, others like to remind them that Jesus never wore a tie. Shorts are as welcome as suits, and you'll see both.
When you walk in,
one of our greeters will be waiting with a firm handshake or tender hug. They'll show you where everything is. They'll help you find the nursery and Sunday school rooms if you have kids. Our greeters can also point you to the restrooms, sanctuary and fellowship area. If you have any questions about the service itself, the greeters are able to provide helpful answers.
Be sure to come a little before the service and join us for coffee and a light breakfast.
You'll have a chance to meet our pastor and many other people in the church. We'd also love to get to know you so you're a familiar face the next time you come.
